Yes. We are also getting this error uploading images after the last update.

regarding the search: it's correct, since Domus Organizer will search for properties that have at least the value you input.
regarding the error. Is not an error 500 (you would see a HUGE 500 number in the page).
I raised the error reporting and found that you're missing a file: gallery_pro.php
Please install again Domus Organizer, it should fix your problem.
Btw, I edited the post as soon as possible, but you have posted your admin info in a public forum.
This mean that your site could be hacked without any effort, change every password ASAP
