How can i hide any fields e.g.floor or all details tab ( in which php)? Thank you.

you can do that creating a template override for files that are under:
com_domus\views\property\tmpl\form_details.php
com_domus\views\property\tmpl\item_details.php
you can find the instructions on how to create them here:

they are for the "public" area, but the logic is the same
