do you mean the strings related to the table?
Those translations are made by community, so I have no control about that.
However, if you want to modify/delete the translation, the file you're looking for is here:
media/com_domus/library/datatables/language/<your_language>.txt
example: media/com_domus/library/datatables/language/en-GB.txt
If you delete your language file, Domus Organizer will use the English one, instead.
