Forgive me if I understood correctly description Advanced Configuration, then to change the file: realestateomsk.ru\modules\mod_domussearch\helper.php I have to register in your template: realestateomsk.ru\templates\rt_lumiere\html\modules\mod_domussearch\helper.php?
or: realestateomsk.ru\templates\rt_lumiere\html\com_domus\modules\mod_domussearch\helper.php? :unsure:

You can only create overrides for layouts, you can't do that for other kind of files (ie helpers).
It's a joomla limit ;(
