I have a little question
Is there a way to let just Registered users on my site to submit properties without going any further to control panel, before I review their submissions, edit them, and then publish on my website?

I've already tried just to put a link to Add Properties just for Registered users - it doesn't work this way.

Or I do have to change somehow permissions table in Options?

mhm... maybe you can (maybe).
you have to modify the permission table, allowing that level to add only.
then you create a new link to the add property that's accessible to that level.

you should do the thing, however, if the user is quite "experienced" and knows the links it will be able to surf and browse the full list of categories.

give it a try and let me know

I'm not really sure if it woks correctly right now.
Yesterday I had a party with me, myself, and I due to celebration of opening my workable website shipyacht.
We had TOO many beers, I did it, and it gave me a bunch of 403 and other stuff errors.
Now...
Today, in the morning it came to my mind that you have to give permissions not only in Domus Organizer, but also in your Joomla 2.5 Global Configuration settings, under a "Permissions" tab for Registered users to create.
It works now fine.

I already downgraded you, as Domus, to a regular Registered user. Pass is the same.
Can you please play with it and tell me if I have some security issues?

Because if not - it gives your Domus program a hole new spin.

The only problem - the properties are not saved after I click Save.
This is what I see:
You are not authorised to view this resource.

Any idea?

My guess - it's again something wrong with Joomla or Domus permissions.
