Ok, solved.
I miss some tag because I don't update my template after you last version change.
You should send an email with a short list of template changes for who (as me) do not use your template due to previous customization.

Hi, sorry for the delayed answer, but we were very busy.
Yes the problem was caused by an incomplete tag; however we always write in the release notes what we have changed, so you should take a look on what's have been done.
