I'm using the plug in but notice that JCE is stripping out the code, it's annoying. Settings look fine in global configuration ('No Filtering') and JCE is up to date and settings are normal. I can't figure it out, any ideas?

on JCE config, you have to set the option "Validate HTML" to "No"
