ho controllato il suo sito.
il componente è ok, molto probabilmente è presente un plugin che entra in conflitto con le chiamate json che vengono effettuate.
può provare a disabilitare "mobile joomla"? credo che sia quello che generi problemi

Grazie per l'attenzione ho provato a disabilitare il componente mobile joomla ma nessun risultato, io non me ne intendo molto ma sul sito ho solo componenti/plugin normalissimi, non so cosa dovrei fare per abilitare il j4pro
diasabilitare tutti i plug-in?
o altro?
