Plugin doesn't display on my Joomla 2.5.14 site

Plugin doesn't display on my Joomla 2.5.14 site was created by tabletguy
I have a Joomla 2.5.14 site where the default ReCaptcha works fine, but Replay Captcha does not. I have everything configured correctly, plugin enabled, all keys entered.
If Replay is selected in Global settings, it just displays a message of "Captcha *" but no image, etc.
I am wondering if you ever tested with a Joomla site that is NOT based on a root directory?
It's the only difference I can think of.
My main site URL is " ahymsin.org/main/ "
I used ahymsin.org/main/book-and-dvd-orders.html for the attached screenshots.
I welcome any instruction on how to debug this.

Just a question: you're talkign about Replay Captcha, but this is the support forum for PlayThru captcha...

sorry, I should have said "PlayThru". Somehow my memory got stuck on the word "replay".
I installed plg_captcha_paythru_2.5.2.zip
