ok, there is a case-type problem.
the library has been installed as TCPDF, while joomla looks for the file inside the folder tcpdf -.-
The solution is quite simple:
uninstall the tcpdf library (Extension manager-> manage) and download the new release from our site: fabbricabinaria.it/en/download/tcpdf-library
It's an update of the current one inside Tracktime, you should have no problems.
Let me know if everything is ok
