Hello again,

I have installed and configured the plugin per the instructions but no time is being reported.

I have tried multiple servers and site versions with no luck whatsoever. I disabled admin tools on my site where tracktime is installed just in case it was blocking incoming connections but that didn't help.

I'm finding no debug file as indicated in the documentation and my Joomla error logs reveal nothing.

Since I had to copy a file just to get the 500 error to go away when accessing the plugin I'm a little skeptical if it actually works or not now.

The only reason I bought the subscription again and didn't switch to projectfork was the remote tracking plugin.

Please help get this thing working.

hi Terry, do you have this problem only on version 2.1.0?

I just created two different package: one for J1.5 and another one for J2.5+
Please try them.

I tried the new plugin and it still doesn't work for me.

My site uses ssl on the front and backend is the https the issue perhaps?

I have spent enough time toiling over trying to get this to work that I am about ready to scrap your extension and move on

any chance you could give me some help getting this to work? Like I said before the entire reason i chose your extension over projectfork was the tracking plugin which if never works makes your extension less desireable than projectfork

Hi Terry,

connections to the "master" site are performed using cURL or fopen, calling a simple URL.
If your site is blocking incoming connections (ie firewall) there is no way to find a workaround ;(

So essentially this plugin wont work on any shared server is that correct?

We are an a shared server and it works out of the box.
It depends by server configuration. If your server has a firewall enabled, preventing incoming connections, we can't do anything, since it's an hardware setting
