Just installed and tested but no new activity has been added by the latest plugin (!..?)
What can we do?

after installing it, did you login and logout?
we have changed how the time is tracked, since Joomla 1.5 has a different behaviour.
try again, you should be able to track your time

Hi Davide,
Tested with 6 sites as follows:
- On 3 sites j2.5.7 hosted at Rochen (
www.rochenhost.com/
)... No one sent the info to my main TrackTime site
- On 3 sites j2.5.7 hosted under the same VPS at Gigas.com... 2 of them sent correctly the info and well received at the main TrackTime site but the third one failed to send the info... May be because other SU was logged-in at the backend at the same time..!?
- One site j1.5.26 hosted under the same VPS at Gigas.com... No one sent the info to my main TrackTime site
I will download now the plugin again to re-test it (I'll keep you informed)

Ok, so it seems that the problem is on sending, not on receiving.
Remote Track works in this way: when the user logs in, the timer starts, when the user logs out, he will send the spent time.
I never tested it with 2 users logged in, so it's probably the case you're reporting.
In these days i'll send you a modified version of the plugin with more debug information.
Let's see what's happening...
Probably the hosting is blocking outgoing connection... i'm really having some hard times to understand what's happening.
however the first time you log out it won't work, since there is no start time. you have to login again.

Hi again,
Good & bad news!...
1) the j2.5.7 hosted under the same VPS at Gigas.com that failed to send the info... because other SU was logged-in at the backend at the same time.... worked now correctly ( Only 1 SU logged-in this time).
2) Tested on one site hosted at Rochen (USA)... Don't work (even installed your last version)
3) Tested on one j1.5.26 Don't work (even installed your last version)... Note that on j1.5.26 there is not option to select the SU to track... then I entered typing its SU username... Is that correct?)
however the first time you log out it won't work, since there is no start time. you have to login again.
>> Yes! I had already figured this out and have been considered in all tests.

hi, if you look at the description, under j1.5 you have to insert the user id, since there is no "user" form.
try using the id (for "admin" usually is 42) and let me know.
