Hi Davide

TrackTime Pro is SO GREAT :-) I have been testing it some hours now. This is precisely the component that I need for my web business. Thank you for creating it :-)

And now to the suggestions for a future version :-)

I am missing the option for a quick and easy way for submitting hours spent (hour stack / activities) via the frontend.

I have 2 freelancers that work for my company and they are daily / weekly reporting to me how many hours they have spent on a clients’ projects. They are not going to become admins for the site (because I want to be in control of the invoicing) and they are only supposed to “create hours” for the projects that they are attached to (from the backend).

TrackTime Pro has no employee handling, so my freelancers needs to be admins (and unfortunately have full access). The only way I can separate “their hours” from “my hours” is to use a category for them and one category for my (hoping that we use the right category all the time … finishing after a late late working day).

I know from the forum posts that you are working on frontend options and I would be trilled if a coming version would include a handling of employees too – having a very quick and very easy way for them to create hours (hour stack + activities) via the frontend and only for the projects that they are attached to (from the backend).

I would also personally use the frontend for creating the hours I have spent myself.

Is this possible for a future version?

Kind regards,
Jens Kirk

Hi Jens,

thanks for the tip.
In the upcoming version (SPOILER SPOILER :P) we have added the agenda, but adding frontend access is the next feature we'll add!
