Remote plugin not working! was created by Joomill
Hi Can you help me with the remote plugin.
We tried various websiteson various servers, but we can't get this thing work.
Both websites say:
cURL library: Enabled
allow_url_fopen: Enabled
Website and Secret word are entered correctly.
Customers and hour stack id is both 1 (and the same as in our website)
But no activity is saved.

are both sites on the same hosting?
if you install the plugin locally, can you submit your session?
sometimes the server blocks incoming calls from the same server, sadly there is nothing I can do, since it's on an higher level

Both websites are on different servers.
I tried various servers but nothing works.
It seems to be a useless plugin for a beautyfull component.
I hope there will be a alternative method since there would be more people with the same problems.

What server-settings do we need to change to make this thing work?
